Greatly enjoyed our room, it was nicely decorated and had a minibar, central heating and an iron. Outstandingly accommodating and cooperative staff, greeted us with such kindness.
Some people working there were not so helpful.

The breakfast was AMAZING! With really good choices, including freshly.
Heavy room keys were inconvenient, and occasionally slow Wi-Fi caused frustration during peak times.

I cannot fathom how this hotel stays afloat. The room was laughably tiny, and the WiFi was essentially non-existent. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a cute gesture. Instead, I got a bad pillow that smelled. I almost considered giving a good review, but the experience was anything but satisfactory.

The location was superb, sitting close to the Rhine river and a charming park ideal for a quick break. My room was spacious with a beautiful view, and I appreciated the modern decor. The hotel was a gem for our family visit! Spacious rooms with modern decor, and the breakfast was a delicious spread, especially the fresh pastries. We loved the proximity to parks and the lovely old town, which entertained our two young kids well.
